This project included a new 66,000-square-foot K-2 elementary facility for Trotwood-Madison City School District and the Ohio School Facilities Commission. The single-story facility included a brick veneer split face masonry construction exterior, a state-of-the-art HVAC system, updated data, visual and audio technology, and interior finishes. Patriot provided a Senior Engineering Technician II to perform the soils, concrete, and asphalt testing and inspections. In addition, Patriot provided an International Code Council (ICC) certified technician for structural steel and structural masonry inspections. Patriot remained under budget throughout the project duration.
